Experience - Renmans

For more than a year, the successful group of butchers Renmans appeal to CTK for IT consulting, IT architecture and project management. The performed tasks were varied and was part of some very innovative projects under the coordination of trans Meat, the distribution of the group Renmans:

• Analysis of existing software and hardware and prepare a file which contains an overview of the planning and carrying out IT projects for a period of 5 years.
• Definition, planning and budgeting of the various subprojects.
• Formatting lastenboeken, selectieproces of suppliers and participation in negotiations to implement a WAN within the group cash settlement of 300 branches spread across Belgium, Luxembourg and France.
• Guidance on risk management of new projects.
• Presentation and discussion of the results of various studies and analysis.
• Project management and testing of the application for electronic ordering from the branches.
• Initiation and evaluation of the test setup.
• Coordination of the roll-out for the installations of PCs, printers, routers and communications in the 300 branches.
• Establish a support process, a comprehensive online help and support organization.
• Market research and preparation of specifications on software for internal communication between the branches.
• Preparations user training.
